The Bride and I met for the first time…
…over drinks at Starbucks. Neither of us ordered coffee, but between her Medicine Ball and my Matcha Latte, we forged friendship. I admired the way she spoke of her Groom and intimately understood the depths of their connection.

and the most joyful reception entrance.
We pulled inspiration from the historic mansion and framed the couple with large garden urns that fit the architectural detail of the house so perfectly, we were asked if the venue supplied them. Each urn was filled to the brim with all the shades of purple we could get our hands on.
BEHIND THE SCENES TIDBITS
Our first two orders of purple delphinium fell through, so we had to call six different local farms to scrounge up what felt like that last linear lavender florals in the DMV.
We got stuck in a corner during T+K’s first look. We’re definitely hiding in the bushes, ooh-ing and ahh-ing.
One of T+K’s guests stopped us mid-breakdown to thank us and pray for the success of Harrod House. Could we be more blessed?!
